Upon arrival at the apartment you will be welcomed by our hosts An and Ludo who will show you around and provide all the necessary information. The water and electricity meter readings are recorded, normal consumption of 80Kwh/week is included.
There is a private parking space that can be used, but it is also possible to park the car in front of the door on the public road.
At the end of your stay, the host will receive the key back at the agreed time, together with you he will inspect the apartment for any damage and check the water and electricity meter readings. Any damage and additional consumption of €0.50/Kwh will be deducted from the deposit.

Climate:
The city of Torrevieja is located in the south of the Costa Blanca, about forty kilometers south of Alicante.
