Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Payment:
Reservations can be made online via our website or via telephone/email contact. A 50% deposit within 48 hours is required to confirm your reservation. 30 days before arrival we ask for payment as well as the deposit of €300 to account number BE83 0016 2401 4315. The mandatory final cleaning of €130 with bed linen included is payable in cash at check-in to the key manager.
Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellations can be made up to 21 days before arrival. In this case, the paid amount will be refunded within 10 working days. For changes you can always contact us by telephone or email on +32475561824 or info@casarubi.be
Check in check out:
Check-in and check-out can be done at different times in consultation with the key manager who will contact you.
Maximum number of Guests:
The number of guests allowed in the apartment is strictly 4 adults and 2 children (cannot be booked). Overcrowding may result in additional costs or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Smoking and Pets:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and other designated smoke-free areas. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the property.
Responsibility for Properties:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or property during their stay. Any costs for repair or replacement will be charged.
Booking conditions
Confirmation:
Your booking will be considered confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
Payments:
Payments can be made by bank transfer to BE83 0016 2401 4315. The 50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours to confirm the reservation. 30 days before arrival we ask you to pay the remaining amount + deposit of €300. The mandatory final cleaning of €130 with beds/linen included is payable in cash upon arrival to the key manager. The rental price includes water consumption, electricity is included for a normal consumption of 80/Kwh per week. Any additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit at €0.50/Kwh.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations can be made up to 21 days before arrival, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded within 10 working days. If cancellation is made after 21 days before arrival, we are forced to withhold the deposit of 50% of the rental price, the deposit and final cleaning will be refunded within 10 days.
No Show:
In case of a no-show (when you don't show up on the check-in date without notice), a fine may be charged.
Early Departure:
In the event of early departure, no refunds may be given for the remaining nights of the booking.
Force majeur:
In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances, bookings may be changed or canceled. Any charges or refunds will be determined by the circumstances.
These general terms and conditions and booking conditions apply to your stay at Casa Rubi Vistabella. By making a reservation you agree to these terms and conditions and undertake to comply with them.
