House Rules Vistabella Golf Resort Apartment

Welcome to Vistabella Golf Resort! To ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, we kindly ask you to follow the following house rules:

1/Check-in/Check-out:

This is possible at any time after consultation and provided there is good communication about arrival and departure times.

2/Respect for Fellow Guests and Neighbours:

Please be considerate of fellow guests and neighbors through calm and respectful behavior, especially during quiet hours (from [quiet hours begin] to [quiet hours end]).

3/Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and other indoor areas. Please use the designated smoking areas outside for this.

4/Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the apartment, unless otherwise agreed with the accommodation. We ask for understanding and respect.

5/Waste and Recycling:

Please separate waste and recycling according to the instructions provided. Place waste in the designated containers on site.

6/Kitchen use:

Keep the kitchen tidy after use. Washing up and tidying up is appreciated. All kitchen equipment and tools must be kept in good condition.

7/Sound Level:

Keep the noise level under control, especially in the evening and at night. Be considerate of others who appreciate peace and quiet.

8/Security:

Close windows and doors properly when you leave the apartment. Keep your personal belongings safe and do not leave any valuables unattended.

9/Pool and Common Areas:

Follow the stated rules and opening times for the swimming pool and other communal facilities. Children should always be supervised.

10/Damage and Loss:

You are responsible for any damage or loss to the accommodation or property. Report damage to personnel immediately.

11/Emergencies:

In case of emergency, call 112 or contact the owner for help.

12/Environmental Awareness:

Help us protect the environment by saving energy and water. Turn off lights, air conditioning and other appliances when you leave the apartment.
