Cancellation conditions

Cancellation Policy

Standard tariff:

Cancellations up to 21 days before the check-in date: Full refund of the deposit/payment.

Cancellations after 21 days before the check-in date: Deposit of 50% of the full amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 7 days before the check-in date or no-show: No refund; full payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Last Minute Booking:

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund of deposit/payment.

Cancellations after 24 hours: 50% of the payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.

No-show: No refund; full payment will be retained as a cancellation fee.
